Profit Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Honyie Profit Partner Affiliate Program! By joining and promoting our products as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- To participate in the Honyie Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have an active social media presence or an active website/channel that aligns with our brand values and complies with our guidelines.
2. Application Process
- You may apply to join the affiliate program by submitting an application through our website.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Honyie products via social media, blog posts, videos, or other approved platforms using unique affiliate links provided by Honyie.
- Affiliates must adhere to all local, national, and international laws and must not promote Honyie’s products in a misleading or inappropriate manner.
4. Commissions and Payments
- Affiliates will earn a commission based on sales generated through their affiliate links. The commission rate is specified in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
- Commissions will only be earned on sales that are completed and not refunded.
- Payments will be made monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of ₹2000. If the threshold is not met, earnings will carry over to the next week.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not engage in any form of spam or unsolicited advertising to promote Honyie products.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords (e.g., Honyie, Honyie Lingerie) in search engine marketing.
- Affiliates must not use or display Honyie’s content, images, or product details in a way that misrepresents the brand or products.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- In the event of termination, any unpaid earnings that meet the payout threshold will be paid out at the end of the following payment cycle, provided they comply with the program rules.
- Affiliates found violating these Terms and Conditions may be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
- Honyie grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use its logos, images, and content solely for purposes of promoting Honyie products under this agreement.
- Affiliates must not alter or modify any Honyie intellectual property and must immediately cease use upon termination of this agreement.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
- Honyie makes no representations or warranties regarding potential income from the affiliate program.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Honyie harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the affiliate’s actions in connection with the program.
9. Changes to Terms
- Honyie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
